Technical Support Administrator

TFC Europe Ltd is a leading global supplier of technical fasteners to all industry sectors. We currently employ over 140 staff across multiple locations in the UK and Europe and are now looking to recruit a Technical Support Administrator to join the team based at Head Office in Heathfield, East Sussex. This individual will become a key member of the Tech Team, supporting the administration of sales and purchases of specific key product ranges.

Technical Support Administrator

Based: Heathfield, East Sussex, UK.


This is a full-time position and will include the following responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt response to customers requesting information on key technical products.
  • Develop a basic understanding and working knowledge of our technical product ranges.
  • Ensure project details and all relevant information is accurately recorded across the company ERP and CRM systems.
  • Raising purchase orders to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both customers, suppliers and other TFC departments.


  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle and prioritise work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of word/excel.
  • Attention to detail when preparing or processing information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the technical team.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical components and design/manufacturing processes would be an advantage but are not essential
