Description

The diametrical compression requirement is lower than in an O-Rings, resulting in less friction and an increased seal life, due to less wear in dynamic applications. When used in an application, the Quad Rings will resist the tendency to roll and twist because of its relatively square cross section. The most popular compound we offer is Nitrile, which can be used in the majority of cases. Viton Quad Rings are also available, combining greater sealing with an elastomer that can resist a higher temperature range.
