With the news dominated by the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation, we wanted to get in touch and let you know we are doing everything in our power to maintain supply chain and technical support continuity for our customers.

Here at TFC Limited, we believe that our customers remain our first priority. You may already have been contacted recently to help us gain an understanding of your supply chain needs to make sure that our service to you is strongly monitored and controlled. TFC teams work closely with our global supply partners and map stock production and shipment levels to ensure this happens behind the scenes. Far eastern sources have returned to shipping manufactured product and we are closely monitoring component global supply so that we can adapt as required. We will contact you if your supply situation changes.

TFC already has high hygiene standards and rigorous quality procedures. In light of the current situation our technicians and delivery drivers who visit your sites are following the guidelines and protocols from Public Health England.  As our team visit many sites here are some of the additional measures we are taking:

  • Avoiding physical contact with customer staff, including handshaking or sharing items such as pens or tools
  • Maintain at least 1m proximity from customer staff
  • Latex gloves will be worn by TFC technicians for the duration of the site visit

Our technical and commercial support teams are more than happy to use online meetings to enable constant contact, either from your work or home office. They will be contacting you shortly to offer an online meeting at your convenience.
